Privacy Policy
NowPrice is a read-only price tracker. We do not require accounts, do not store personal information, and we keep tracking to the minimum needed to run the site.
What we collect
We collect aggregated, non-identifying analytics — pageviews, country, browser, referrer — through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not place identifiers in cookies that can identify you across sites.
Cookies
We set one technical cookie (
_csrf) used only to protect form submissions, and one np-theme entry in your browser's localStorage to remember your light/dark preference. Both are first-party. We do not use advertising cookies.Server logs
Standard web-server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) are retained for 14 days for abuse prevention and capacity planning. They are not joined to any other data and are deleted automatically.
Third-party data sources
When you load a page, your browser may receive resources from our content-delivery network (Cloudflare) and may execute requests to upstream price APIs only via our backend — never directly from your browser. No data about you is forwarded to those APIs.
Children
NowPrice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personally identifying data, there is generally nothing to delete or export. If you believe we hold data about you and want to verify or remove it, write to contact@nowprice.io.
Changes to this policy
Substantive changes will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. We do not silently change the policy.
