Service description
NowPrice publishes indicative prices for gold, currencies, crypto, fuel, interest rates and stocks. Data is sourced from public APIs and refreshed on a published schedule. The site is provided free of charge and does not require an account.
No financial advice
Nothing on NowPrice is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The figures we publish are informational. They may be delayed, incorrect, or differ from the price at which a trade actually executes. You are responsible for verifying any number with your broker, bank or exchange before relying on it for a decision.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make best efforts but cannot guarantee uptime, freshness or accuracy at any moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowPrice and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape pages at a rate that disrupts service, (b) republish our data as a competing tracker without attribution, (c) attempt to compromise the site's security or availability, (d) use the site for unlawful purposes. We may rate-limit or block clients that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
The page layout, design, copy and software are © NowPrice. You may quote or cite price figures with attribution. The underlying market data belongs to its respective sources (exchanges, central banks, etc.).
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a specific dispute requires a forum, the parties agree to attempt resolution by good-faith negotiation before any other action.
