C3 Metals Expands Copper Mineralization at Khaleesi Project, Peru with Two New Skarn Discoveries

C3 Metals Inc. has reported significant copper mineralization expansion at its Khaleesi project in southern Peru, with two new skarn discoveries from recent drilling.

The company released results from 10 new drill holes, including hole KHZ5450-001 drilled 400 meters southwest of the initial discovery. This hole intersected 67.6 meters at 0.51% copper equivalent, while another hole 1,000 meters southwest returned 60.9 meters at 0.55% copper equivalent. These results follow the initial discovery hole KHZ5800-001, which reported 269 meters at 0.30% copper. The new findings indicate a growing mineralized system with both skarn and intrusive copper mineralization.

For precious metals traders, copper exploration success often signals broader demand for base metals tied to industrial growth and electrification trends. While copper itself is not a precious metal, positive exploration results can boost investor sentiment in the mining sector, potentially lifting gold and silver stocks as well. Traders tracking gold prices on NowPrice can monitor how broader commodity market sentiment influences precious metals.

Investors will watch for further drill results from C3 Metals as the company continues to test the extent of the Khaleesi system. The project's location in Peru, a major copper-producing region, adds geopolitical context. Upcoming assays from additional holes will help define the resource potential and guide future development decisions.
