Dios Exploration Completes Diamond Drilling at AU33 Gold Project
Dios Exploration completed 2,024 meters of diamond drilling at its wholly-owned AU33 gold property in Quebec, targeting gold-bearing shear zones near surface.

Dios Exploration (TSXV: DOS) announced the completion of diamond drilling at its wholly-owned AU33 gold property in Quebec, with a total of 2,024 meters drilled in 10 NQ holes during May. Nine of the holes targeted the Heberto Gold extents, striking along gold-bearing silicified potassic altered shear zones near surface, while one exploratory hole was drilled 7 km northeast in the WTS south-east area.
The drilling campaign was supervised by Laurentia Exploration's geological team, with core logging completed on site within mobile core facilities. Core boxes were sent to Laurentia Exploration's Jonquiere office for saw splitting of 1,800 meters, and half samples have already been shipped to Actlab for gold and silver assays. This exploration work is a positive signal for gold investors, as it demonstrates continued investment in gold exploration in the Quebec region. For precious metals traders, the results of these assays could provide insight into the potential of the AU33 project, which may influence Dios Exploration's stock price and broader sentiment in the junior gold mining sector. NowPrice offers real-time gold quotes for traders tracking the underlying metal's price action.
Investors will now await assay results from Actlab, which will determine the grade and extent of gold mineralization. Positive results could lead to further drilling and potentially a resource estimate, while negative results may shift focus to other targets. The exploration is part of Dios's ongoing strategy to advance its gold properties in Quebec.
