Awalé Resources has released an inferred mineral resource estimate for its Odienné project in Côte d'Ivoire, totaling 1.71 million ounces of gold equivalent. The resource comprises 32.4 million tonnes grading 1.64 g/t gold equivalent, including 1.389 million ounces of gold and 93,000 tonnes of copper.

The cornerstone deposit, BBM, holds a combined open pit and underground resource of 27.8 million tonnes at 1.52 g/t gold equivalent for 1.36 million ounces gold equivalent, with grades of 1.16 g/t gold and 0.33% copper. The Charger deposit adds a high-grade underground resource of 1.6 million tonnes at 4.64 g/t gold equivalent for 232,000 ounces gold equivalent, while Empire contributes a near-surface open pit resource of 3.0 million tonnes at 1.23 g/t gold for 119,000 ounces gold.
